On-device + cloud transcription
Choose where your audio gets transcribed. On-device keeps it private and offline. Cloud transcription via Deepgram gives you diarisation, punctuation and 50+ languages — never on training data.
AI summaries you trust
Every Pro+ recording gets a structured summary, a bullet recap, the decisions made and the action items assigned. Action items get push notifications so the work doesn't slip.
Ask Scribr
Open a recording, tap Ask Scribr. "Who owns the migration deadline?", "What did the client say about pricing?". Answers cite the moments in the transcript so you can verify.
Conversation Insights
A read on how your meetings actually go. Who spoke when, balance across speakers, pace per minute. Pure on-device analytics — no extra AI calls.
Vault Mode
Some notes don't belong in the main list. Vault Mode encrypts them with a key only your Face ID can release. Vault notes never leave the device and never appear in the web view.
Scribr Cloud sync
Sign in once. Notes, folders, transcripts and summaries sync across iPhone, iPad and getscribr.app. Vault notes stay on the device they were captured on.
Siri + Quick Record widget
App Intents for Start Recording and Get Action Items. Lock-screen widget for one-tap capture. No app launch, no taps lost.
Team notes & Contact Intelligence
On Team, every recording attaches to the contact and surfaces in their People tab profile. Shared notes give your team one canonical record per conversation.
Privacy as a default
Scribr's free tier records and stores audio locally. Pro adds cloud features — but only when you choose them. Deepgram and Anthropic are contracted with zero-data-retention; your transcripts are never used to train any model.
