Record anywhere
Tap to start. Record meetings in the room, phone calls (call recording on supported devices), audio uploads or quick voice notes. There's no bot to join the call.
We list what ships, not what's planned. If it's on this page, you can use it right now.

Choose where your audio gets transcribed. On-device keeps it private and offline. Cloud transcription via Deepgram gives you diarisation, punctuation and 50+ languages — never on training data.
Every Pro+ recording gets a structured summary, a bullet recap, the decisions made and the action items assigned. Action items get push notifications so the work doesn't slip.
Open a recording, tap Ask Scribr. "Who owns the migration deadline?", "What did the client say about pricing?". Answers cite the moments in the transcript so you can verify.
A read on how your meetings actually go. Who spoke when, balance across speakers, pace per minute. Pure on-device analytics — no extra AI calls.
Some notes don't belong in the main list. Vault Mode encrypts them with a key only your Face ID can release. Vault notes never leave the device and never appear in the web view.
Sign in once. Notes, folders, transcripts and summaries sync across iPhone, iPad and getscribr.app. Vault notes stay on the device they were captured on.
App Intents for Start Recording and Get Action Items. Lock-screen widget for one-tap capture. No app launch, no taps lost.
On Team, every recording attaches to the contact and surfaces in their People tab profile. Shared notes give your team one canonical record per conversation.
Scribr's free tier records and stores audio locally. Pro adds cloud features — but only when you choose them. Deepgram and Anthropic are contracted with zero-data-retention; your transcripts are never used to train any model.
Claude detects topic shifts in long transcripts and inserts chapter markers. Jump straight to the section you need instead of scrubbing through an hour of audio.
After transcription, hit Publish. Scribr generates six content formats from your recording in one Claude call: show notes, a blog article, LinkedIn post, Twitter thread, Instagram caption and a follow-up email.
Highlight a sentence, tap Clip. Scribr produces a branded quote card you can share directly from the app — with the speaker, timestamp and your note title.
Drop any YouTube link into Scribr. The app pulls the transcript, creates a note and runs your full AI summary workflow — no recording required.
Scribr can pull in your Voice Memos with your permission. Transcription and summarisation run automatically as soon as the import completes.
When a note is summarised, Scribr fires a signed POST to your webhook URL — note ID, title, transcript, summary, action items and decisions included. Connect to any no-code automation stack.
Generate a shareable link from any note. Recipients can read the summary, decisions, action items and full transcript at getscribr.app/shared/… — no account needed.
